WHAT IS GSM?

GSM is known as the thickness of the paper, standard paper is 80GSM, Cardboard is 300GSM.
When printing off a Digital Printer you can use the following thickness of paper or Board.

PAPER THICKNESS
80GSM   =  Normal Copy Paper                          90GSM  = Touch Thicker (minimal difference between 80 and 90GSM)
100GSM =  You can feel the difference              130/150GSM  =  Feel a difference, still classified as paper stock.

BOARD THICKNESS
200GSM  =  Mid range between Paper & Board     250GSM  = Closer to Board Thickness
300GSM  =  Similar thickness to cardboard            310GSM  =  Thicker Board, used for our value cards
350GSM  =  Thick, used for premium cards            420GSM  =  Very strong, thickest board available at Select.

All of the above thickness are available in silk coated, gloss coated and bond paper or board.
